Service fees are as listed on our website at the time of booking. Payment is collected in two installments: fifty percent upon booking and the remaining fifty percent upon delivery of materials. All fees are in Canadian dollars and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
You may cancel a service booking before work begins for a full refund of any deposit paid. Once we have begun work on your project, cancellation refunds will be prorated based on work completed. Completed deliverables are non-refundable.
